Help please - Growing hair back

My hair is very fine and curly and I have had two head operations and have been on meds and are trying to grow my hair again it is slowly growing again but taking time would like to know what is the best shampoo and condition to use to thicken it up and get the lenght back again can anyone help please thanks would be very helpful.

Shampoo is not the only answer. Granted that a good shampoo that cleanse your scalp to allow blood circulation is important but I suggest:

1) Vitamin B-Complex plus Biotin supplement to your healthy diet.

2) Protein Treatment once every two weeks if you think your fine hair is prone to damage.
