Keratin treatment - 2nd time - unlucky

The first keratin treatment I had was FANTASTIC and I had frizz-free hair for a year - I'd never been happier..... After a year I thought I'd have it redone but unfortunately when I first washed it myself I realised that apart from the last year's 6 inches or so regrowth all the rest was a dried up frizzy mess.

The hairdresser cut off a couple of inches but in reality I know that at least a few more inches need to be cut off. I'm heartbroken as when you go to the hairdressers you're supposed to come out feeling terrific, not damaged.... :-(((
